This community boasts the style of Orange County with Modern Architecture and clean lines without the high real estate price tag. The second model is a more playful, modern and sophisticated European styling.

Unique angels, expressive rooflines, windows and archways are Rob Quigley’s signature style. These elements are embraced in the interiors by featuring the design and finishes to compliment the Architects story of understated personality. HG Fenton asked for a "Wow" first impression for their Lobby. MHD made sure to use a fabric pattern that is traditional but with a most unlikely color palette. Custom modern style art completes the look.

For the Cyber Lounge remodel, the brick wall added warmth for the custom booths to make this space feel more like an urban café.  The wingback chairs are made in a modern style frame while continuing the unexpected graphic pattern along with the custom graphic art. We say this makes the "Wow" impression!
